Life has a sense of humor.

My day was absolutely brilliant...until we got home.

My mom saw this bank statement or documents or whatever...and it dawned on me that there are certain financial issues that I thought were way past weren't at all.

My mood dove from that point. I don' really know what happened but then I started thinking about the future again and how I have no clue what it is at all, what my future really is.

And then I got all these selfish thoughts on how I was giving up my dreams just to work and help my parents with all there problems. And to other selfish things...

I isolated myself from my family really tonight...and got to thinking to myself.

That is really a freedom to cherish when your mind is just to you and you just rant and answer yourself because the answers just suddenly pop out.

And it did.

As I was getting ready to take a shower to clear my head, it just dawned on me what the right thing to do was and God really does have a sense of humor when it comes to these things. He especially cheered me up with my playlist because He really just answered me with it. :)

I really do not believe in coincidences. I am the 'everything happens for a reason' person. What happened tonight just reaffirms all those beliefs.

What struck me most tonight is how He showed me that even if I am facing something alone, I have people to cheer me on, who will never let me give up and fail. It just got my heart when they all gave me words of encouragement and I just can't help but cry at all the things I've experienced for the past half hour.

I am truly grateful for what I have and whatever happens now...happened because there is something more to it.

Went to Sta. Rosa right after classes today...tiring. Didn't do much in ABPSYC but Sir assigned us the papers that we need to do while we have UNIV Week next week! :)

Lakan Cup was awesome! There's nothing wrong with second TLS! I am so happy to have been a part of these group even if it's my last year in college! I'll never forget how these people have changed my life!!

Became part of the cheerdance today and it sort of gotten me closer to our EIC! :) And congrats to Malate for bringing home the bacon! They totally deserved it especially after that awesome cheer dance they prepared! :)

Relief with ABPSYC

Such a huge relief when I saw that I got a 6 out of 10 at my last week's abysmal quiz in Abnormal Psychology.

Watched Sound of Music again the second I got home. Tomorrow I will be adding songs to Ipod. Songs from the Sound Track of course.

Filipino Captain Von Trapp is in my Trumpets yearbook! Haha! So happy! I actually do recall seeing him in one of our sessions in Musical Theatre! :)

Met so many people today and got something very unexpected!

JanAce came to me while we were in the TLS Booth and said that he saw my name in one of the P&G stuff and I was surprised! I'm apparently recommended for their Student Excellence Awards...

Did most of the requirements already and there's the exam on Friday. I really hope I get this or be a finalist just I hope I get it...I mean it's just one of those rare opportunities...

I survived my recitation with Sir Javier! Huge sigh of relief but it took me a lot of courage to actually raise my hand and speak...and he accepted it! I was so relieved!

Footnote: Sherlock literally broke my heart. John was...Martin Freeman was brilliant and had me crying especially when he begged Sherlock to not be dead...and when Sherlock said that Lestrade was one of his friends!!! OMG! OMG! Fan girl! Lestrade (well in this version of Sherlock) is literally a good friend. It's the only version of Sherlock where I like Lestrade more than Mycroft, I mean I hate Mycroft in this version of Sherlock. Do't get me wrong, mark Gatiss is brilliant but he plays Mycroft so deviously that you can't not hate him. And of course we have Moriarty himself. Andrew Scott was just brilliant, I mean he's evil and a maniac and everything else but Andrew brilliantly played him.

Although there was one instance that I thought, his acting kind of reminds me of David Tennant...

Sherlock no better yet Steven and Mark why do you do this to us?!

Got home and slept for about 2 hours and did my Philosophy of Person homework which I am actually a little satisfied with. It's not bad at the same time it's not that great but it's ok.

Then watched You've Got Mail because I haven't seen it for a while. Now waiting for the inevitable of The Reichebach Fall for BBC's Sherlock...I can't!!

I'm a Sherlock Holmes fan. Not just of one actor or one book or one story but the entire being that is Sherlock Holmes. He's just absolutely amazing.

We just watched Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows tonight and it was just as brilliant as I imagined it to be! And Stephen Fry does not disappoint as Mycroft! :) Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr.'s bromance does not disappoint at all :) I love them so much!

Even if it is Friday the 13th, it was a brilliant day!

A Day of Hesitation

My best friend's father died today. He's about the same age as my grandmother and he was diagnosed before with cancer. It's not that we were all expecting it to happen sooner or later, it was still a shock.

I hesitated earlier if would text him, ask how he was doing but another friend finally pushed me to do it.

Been practicing the guitar earlier. Practiced two songs while the original song was playing in the background and it sounded alright :) That was until one of my guitar strings broke. :(

I'd best get ready for tomorrow and I still want to right some stories before going to bed. BHH!

That's pretty much how my class in Philosophy of Person will tackle the course the entire term. And I must say, I am very interested on how this will turn out.

In other classes though...well let's say they're is nothing but abnormal in my Abnormal Psychology class. It was good for me that I had my notebook out because it wouldn't have registered in my mind to write down everything that my professor said.

Why can't I have more professors like Professor Z from Black Hole High?! Which I am on the second season already. And I finally have a timeline for my story.

Cognitive Psychology. Sir Palo gave us a break. He sensed that everything was just too much to take in so he dismissed us very early.

My sister is fangirling over Jeremy Renner. Shooting of Bourne Legacy starts tomorrow and it is very close to my school. Filming in that area will end on the 13th. The only day that I will actually use the bus is on Friday. Good thing I won't be going home that early or else I'll have to walk to get a bus ride home.

Well time to be a Science Geek and start working on my BHH fic! :)

First Day of School

Only one out of my three classes did the professor showed up.

Waking up very early tomorrow because the car is coding...oh well. I need to get used to that.

Today was pretty fun being reunited with my psychology mates. Especially since a lot of events have happened between us that we can't really just be classmates but be more of friends.

All of my subjects this term are mostly majors and I'm a bit scared on how well I will be able to handle all of those subjects but I did tackle the same problem last term so maybe this term, I can still prevail.

Got home very early and watched some of the special features of the Harry Potter dvds I bought before.

Welcome back to reality

Technically it's tomorrow but maybe I really need to prepare myself already.

School is back on tomorrow. For most people, it was today. I, on the other hand, school starts tomorrow.

I did go to school today for a while to fix my sections. Now I'm taking Cognitive Psychology under a good teacher who I've had before. Down side, I have to wake up very early just to be sure I get to his class on time.

I haven't really written a worthy blog entry for quite some time now. I've always rushed it, never really thinking about writing but was more fixated on updating this with an entry for each day of the year (which never seems to happen for the past three years this blog has been up.)

My last third term in college starts tomorrow and well the issue of the future came up again and I find myself more confused than ever about it. What do I do after college? What will my job be like? I said I wanted something out of the ordinary, something adventurous but those aren't practical at all. There's imaginative, I need to be realistic.

But in the end, I'd rather be poor but imaginative than rich and realistic.

I guess what brought this up is tomorrow. Start of the final third term of my life...I guess I'm just scared...terrified. But again who isn't.

So apparently I haven't blogged for a few days now.

Oh well!

December 8 was judgement day for two subjects and one was ok and the other one was well I am hoping for a miracle!!

December 9, spent about 8 hours in the TLS Office! Haha, PSYCHO1 and Genders are done!

Just two more subjects to think about this week! I can do this!

December 10. Today is my parents' anniversary! 28th and still going strong! :) Went to watch Arthur Xmas and bought an Order of the Phoenix shirt! Love my mom so much for doing that for me! :) Also, apparently I won the Ad Create Raffle which i bought two tickets from this Tuesday! Haha swerte! Kahit 500 pesos lang rin yun! Haha! :)

Oh well! I am beat and need some rest!

Bright side, Ericka was at school. She gave me a Xmas gift and we finished the experiment already! :)

Fun run earlier today. Man that was tiring.

Rained pretty much the entire day and my cousin tagged along with us to F21 and went home! :)

Was part of a ritual today, heard mass at PCJ where the priest was ordained just this morning. It was such a beautiful display of old traditions that it was hard not to be amazed. Especially since the priest that was just ordained is the same age as my sister.

Had dinner with the Lojos because of Tita Didi's arrival! Such a fun night with my cousins and we watched Azkals game against LA Galaxy! :)

My cousin lent me one of his lenses! I love it and I acted like a totally dumb head earlier!

Supernatural and STAR WARS was just AWWWW!

Pacquiao almost gave us a heart attack

That was such an intense game that we weren't even sure that Pacquiao would have won. He was lucky he did. I mean he wasn't showing his game on that fight.

What really strikes me is that how we all went for the radio and when the announcer said still we were all cheering. (Pacquiao was defending his title.)
