Why do people keep asking me who I want to vote then try to convince me not too?

One, I am not really going to vote, if I was going to vote then I would choose this person.

Two, why do you fucking care in the first place.

Three, my choice not yours, you really can't convince me.

I'm just really mad at people who don't realize that they can't control people and persuade them to vote for someone they just think is right. We have different opinions and we should respect that.

**
For people curious, I'm going for GIBO. Not because he is from DLSU but because he is actually capable. Noynoy isn't because he is riding with his mother's death. Erap is just wasting his time. Gordon is a little too agitated for me. JC is too inexperienced. Madrigal is just kidding herself. Villanueva is just riding the masses same as Noynoy. Villar is a private servant (businessman) not a public servant and Perlas is nothing but an annoyed man.

Only problem with GIBO is his excess package namely our president.

If people would see him for what he is then you might want to consider him. Not just because he's a Lasallian, not just because he is the Administration's bet but because he is the most capable among all the others.

I'm not trying to persuade anyone here. Just wanting you to look at other options.

Youth 2010: Boto Para Sa Pagbabago

*Here is my account on what happened last January 29, 2010 at the De La Salle University

That was the longest day ever.

I went to school at around 8 in the morning. The auditorium doors would be opened for the forum at around 10:30. My partner in English research decided to do first one of our assignments so we would be done then we would line up to get into the auditorium.

Our surprise when one of my friends told me that the line was so long already.

Chances of getting inside the auditorium were slim and since most of the students there were early because they were saving a place for their friends.

We ended up watching in one of the classrooms.

The debate was great to listen to. It was just a little bad that most of the students really wanted to get inside.

But nothing would compare to the mayhem that occurred after the forum. When Gibo and Noynoy left the Yuchengco auditorium and were at the lobby of Yuchengco building. I was told that Gibo wanted to roam around his old school but students wanting to shake his hand and take a picture of him wouldn't allow it.

You could see it in his face how grateful he was for all the support of the Lasallians.

The forum was pretty great. Some answers were exceptional, some candidates played it safe, some were just down right disappointing. Some candidates didn't even answer the question at all.

My summary would be: Gordon and Gibo were good but played it safe with the Arroyo question. Villar and Madrigal were at each others throats all throughout. Noynoy answered well but played it safe most of the time and I didn't like his closing statement. Delos Reyes wasn't prepared for his questions and it was evident that he was nervous. Villanueva and Perlas were, well forgettable.

Top 3 would have been Gibo, Gordon and Noynoy.

And Villanueva and Madrigal kept calling us Lasallites. I know that was what we were called before but now its Lasallians. Ted Failon even corrected them.

Funny thing about watching it within the campus is you would hear Ted Failon's off the camera moments. Haha. Like. "Oh, mga Lasalyano pag balik natin energy pa rin ah?!" Haha.

I have to say that Gibo's answer with the Arroyo question was what I was expecting from him. And Gordon defending him was also a great show of camaraderie. Just because Gibo is within the same party as the President doesn't mean that they are equal. And Gibo's answer towards Madrigal's question was also exceptional.

Villar's comment about having famous relatives was un-called for. Good thing that Madrigal stepped in and commented him as well.

Gordon's answer that the Philippines was ready for Dick Gordon was very smart if one would think about it.

All in all it was a great forum.

Waiting in line then realizing that you should just watch in one of the classrooms, waiting for the candidates to arrive, then staying to shake hands with them (I had the chance to do that with Gibo and Noynoy!) and take their pictures was well worth the whole day in La Salle.

It shows that the Youth are really active in this upcoming election and they will really exercise their vote. Like it's tag line says:

I was La Salle based all morning!

Man, i was in La Salle from 8 till 5!

I got to shake hands with Gibo and Noynoy! That was so cool!

Let me explain, today January 29 was the Youth 2010: Presidential Forum that was in DLSU. Man, at 9 a.m. there was already a long line and the auditorium would be opened at 10:30.

I ended up watching in one of the classrooms. It was so cool! Haha, worth the whole day!

More tomorrow!

There was no Internet even in AHEAD so I couldn't write yesterday! Alrighty!

Haha, PE was fun. We the higher belters as I would call us, had a few more lessons with Sir Fernandez our Taekwondo master. Haha.

Just some blockings and additional ones. Haha!

Oh well, today. At work. I minute and our ENGLRES would have been free cut but no she arrived. Kaspil1 on the other hand, sir was being his usual self making us laugh and asking questions about facebook and his phone. Since 9 were absent he decided that the time be alloted for us reading things that will be discussed on Tuesday.

Thats about it. I plan to go to school tomorrow for the whole day. I know I am complaining a lot but it is being subdued by me reading The Secret haha.

We watched The Secret earlier today. It's like a great big realization of life. And now here I am wanting to read the book. Haha!

Oh well. Late na ako makakauwi because Mom has a seminar thing.

Pretty much a slow day. LEAP enrollment was exciting, just like the enrollment was back last year.

My different kind of weekend

So, this is my first official weekend that is a Friday and a Sunday. It's actually okay, I mean, I'm pretty much bored today and I've had the all needed rest from the previous week. It's just a little sad that my weekend isn't continuous.

I mean, I have ROTC and work tomorrow...oh well that is life....what can we do.

Spent the day watching youtube videos. Haha, good thing we have this laptop.

Oh well this was pretty much a boring day.

MATAPRE wasn't that special, alright, I'll admit this day is nothing special at all but I'm at work now and will stop writing now.

The weirdest account in my life...

Alright, I'm at work but there is no hear as of this moment so I am making use of the very expensive Internet bill that we pay.

I was in De La Salle University, Andrew Building earlier, having my History class. My professor, who I will argue is older than my parents, was talking about how the Philippines isn't progressing because it is a buyer of products and not a producer of exports.

Suddenly, out of the blue, I saw a white plastic bag floating in mid air. I know this may not necessarily be a very fascinating thing, but I was in the 10th floor of the building, a building with very high ceiling I may add.

I mean, if I would describe it, the white plastic bag was flying. Dragged around by the breeze and even went across the Enrique building which is only 10 floors. I mean it was flying. Having no care whatsoever and just letting the wind push itself in the right direction.

I couldn't take my eyes off it. (Arguably, it was only about 20 seconds that the plastic flew in front of the window.) But it was at the exact same time, that my History professor was stating that it was about time that the Philippines soared to new heights.

Analogy, the Philippines was that plastic bag and it flew not by itself but with the help of the wind. If the Philippines is the bag, what is the wind? A question that I will not answer but let you, the reader, answer for yourself.

Our computer is sick.....

Alright, computer has gotten a virus! Again, no internet, thank God for school's computer labs.

I'm reading a lot of people's blogs and they are very amusing actually.

Robert Downey won Golden Globe for Sherlock Holmes! Good for him!

I love that movie!

It's cold here in the computer lab, and I finally caught up with everything I didn't know since I was cut off from the net.

I have one class left then off to my work at the A Head Tutorial center. I can't wait to start and at the same time I'm scared of the commute. Oh well that is life.

I miss my Veritan friends, what I mean is I miss those people who i interact with in school but are not my batch mates! Haha!

Oh well it's getting cold. better be off.

Something's wrong with our computer...again!

Seriously! I scanned the whole CPU with all the anti-virus soft-wares we have! And still, every time I turn the thing on, A Virus has been detected rings out of the speakers!

What am I supposed to do? DSL won't work properly if the computer it is installed in has viruses!

Man, I need the computer because it's already the start of third term!

Gosh, darn it!

Watching American Idol as usual and I am so loving Clay Aiken back in 2006! He was hot! So gorgeous!

Haha! Oh well, at least he's honest about himself!

Is it wrong that I think he and Kelly Clarkson would make a great couple?!

Haha, American Idol first episode and already I'm hooked into it once again!

And also, I'm in love with the past Clay Aiken. Past, not the guy now. I wish he would just end up with Kelly Clarkson. They so look good together! Haha. Clay really sings well, don't know why Ruben won.
