Commuted in the rain...

Was really thinking about going to school earlier and DLSU actually did suspend our class at around 2:40 and since my meetings were cancelled they were ok...

I actually started writing my first book of the Seer series...it's very interesting for me and currently it's following Remus when it should be following my character and it will I guess in the future.

Harry Potter changed my life.

Many people have done this. Many have written how their life is somehow different now that the final movie of Harry Potter is being shown all throughout the world. Many have expressed their heart felt emotions about the series. Potterheads have united in making sure how to end Harry Potter with a bang.

But like J.K. Rowling said in the London premiere, “Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home.”

Harry Potter did more than introduce me to the world that is Harry Potter. Sure, it gave me such a wondrous place to be in ever since I read the books. I wan introduced to Hogwarts, to Hogsmeade, to the Burrow, to Diagon Alley and to other destinations imaginable.

But in my case, the Harry Potter series gave me something even bigger. It introduced me to the world of books.

I’ll admit, before reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher/ Sorcerer’s Stone I had never read a book. I mean a fictional book full of words and not just with pictures. Before Harry Potter, I was all TV and sports. Before Harry Potter, I was always bored.

I would not be who I am if it weren’t for Harry Potter. I would not be someone who visits a book store and stay for hours just to decide on which books to buy that is within my budget. My room wouldn’t be a mini-library if it weren’t for Harry Potter. 

Harry Potter gave us more than Hogwarts and Harry and wands. Harry Potter gave us magic. Magic in a sense of traveling to different worlds with just one flick of a page. Harry Potter gave us the magic of our own imagination to soar.

I am sad that Harry Potter has shown it’s last film. But we can always go back to them. We can always find out for the first time that Harry is a wizard. We can always go back to that moment when we first met Ron and Hermione. We can always go back to that every sentence we all love to read and read and read all over again…

Harry Potter may feel like it is ending but the story is forever. What it has imparted in every single person that has read it’s words will be forever. Harry Potter gave us the love for reading and that is magic in itself.

Thank you Harry for changing my life. Thank you J. K. Rowling for introducing me to your world. And thank you for being a fellow Potterhead and as I would quote J. K. Rowling “For sticking with Harry until the very end.”

It is the end of an era but it is also the beginning of a legend. Harry Potter will live on in the memory of all those who journeyed with him through the pages of 7 books and through the scenes of 8 movies.

Harry Potter will be a part of our lives forever.

Two Harry Potter posts this evening...

Yesterday was a busy day but thanks to my batchmates I had a time of my life at the evening! We watched Harry Potter at MOA and I was seated besides my two best friends and it was great being able to watch it with them. With all of them.

My day was very interesting yesterday because of the things of TLS that I had expereinced. Like my first interview was with the president of DLSU and all sorts of things happened. Like there was an alarm in the building and we had to evacuate, then it started to rain when we resumed our interview outside then we had to look for a quite office area to continue. Juan said it was still fun because like our TLS line, "Be there when it happens."

The Cinemalaya movie was alright and it showed me something about what to expect in the near future.

Now the next blog is a Harry Potter one...it maybe the end of an era but it is the beginning of a legend.

Alumni meeting was fun! Haha, more faces and Ms. Millette was there!

That was pretty much my day...reading the first Harry Potter book and I am half way done with it already! Will be editing the ebook for my part! Haha!

So much has happened!

Floods, rains, stranded, traffic, POTTERMORE!

Well the last one really made my day exciting and even if my Potter notebooks were a little soaked and Goblet of Fire as well, I am still happy today! Haha!

I will sleep and rest because of this very tiring day!

Delayed: Another Time of My Life

Yesterday was just awesome! It was legendary!

Yesterday was my block screening of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and it was just great!

Sure they were mishaps like my mother striking out twice. One with identity of classmates, and the other is identity of boyfriends...

Oh well...My great godmother was there and she was playing with my mom! My cousins who adore HP with me, well they actually introduced it to me were also present.

And of course my Veritas classmates and my DLSU classmates...

It was just the greatest! I mean seeing my high school friends again and all of them loving it, and all of them posting about it on Twitter and Facebook, texting me and everything else...it was just the greatest!

Another time of my life day, even if it started out badly!

Alright! My vacation day! The whole day I was on the internet! Well mostly on the laptop!
